Hemp oil is number one in terms of the amount of health-promoting ingredients. Its impact on the body is invaluable - it is a wealth of vitamins and minerals, a source of EFAs (Essential Fatty Acids). CBD oil from marijuana has an analgesic effect, supports immunity, endocrine and cardiovascular systems. Its use is especially recommended for people who have difficulty falling asleep, exposed to stress and tension. Due to its versatile action, it can also be used in cosmetics and even in the kitchen.

It will be some time yet before drugs and preparations made from psychoactive cannabis varieties are legalized in our country. However, CBD oil is already available legally in Poland, which is used for various ailments.
What is CBD Oil?
CBD stands for cannabidiol, which is one of the cannabinoids found in cannabis plants. Unlike tetrahydrocannabinols (Δ9-THC and Δ8-THC), it has no psychoactive properties, so it can be used without any fear by people who would not necessarily want to be under the influence of narcotic cannabis. CBD is also a completely legal substance in Poland. It is most often obtained from industrial hemp (also known as sowing), the breeding of which is not prohibited by our or EU law. Cannabidiol is obtained in the process of CO2 extraction - this method is very popular and allows you to extract the desired substances from the plant.
CBD: Dosage and Side Effects
Cannabidiol does not cause any adverse effects in humans, although it does cause fatigue at higher doses. Therefore, its use is considered to be completely safe. As for the dosage - unfortunately there are no officially fixed doses of CBD. However, specialists advise starting with about 2-3 mg taken every six hours. Time is quite important here, because after about 6 hours CBD is broken down in our body. With long-term treatment with hemp oil, it is important to maintain a constant level of this substance in our body. The dose of 2-3 mg is indicative: the most depends on the concentration of CBD oil. The smaller it is, the more oil you need to take.

CBD hemp oil helps our endocannabinoid system.
Everyone has their own endocannabinoid system. This system is responsible for regulating the functioning of our immune system, well-being, sleep cycle and appetite. The deficiency of natural endocannabinoids in the human body can cause very unpleasant effects: insomnia, digestive problems, lack of appetite or mood swings. It has even been found that endocannabinoid deficiencies can trigger anorexia and bulimia. Therefore, some doctors recommend the prophylactic use of CBD hemp oil.
This specificity can be used for many other diseases. I say "maybe" because nowadays we do not yet have adequate research involving humans. It is worth mentioning the most promising ones, however.
CBD oil can help you quit smoking
In a double-blind trial by scientists at the University of London, 24 smokers were issued inhalers - half of them contained CBD, half of them placebo. Study participants were asked to use an inhaler when they wanted to smoke. After a week, participants with placebo inhalers did not notice any difference. By contrast, those smokers who got CBD inhalers smoked by 40%. less cigarettes.
It is also effective against pimples
A study was published in the Journal of Clinical Investigation that found CBD to be doing quite well in fighting acne. Hemp oil was treated directly to the sebaceous glands (just spread it on the face). This therapy has proven that CBD hemp oil is a highly effective sebostatic and anti-inflammatory agent, which boils down to the fact that it does an excellent job of removing acne.
